Kichi was sleeping quite soundly on his bed. Soundly enough that when his PM, Moyuji, decided to wake him up, he found himself unable.
"Master, please wake up...I know you need your sleep, but you have to wake up!" Moyuji pleaded with Kichi...who was still out cold. Thus, it attemptest to poke the sleeping beasts side...something that he always reacted to when awake, maybe it would work when he was asleep as well. But, as soon as the mechanical finger poked Kichi, a hand shot out, knocking the mechanical bieng into a wall.
Moyuji heard Kichi go "Nrrrr..." as he rolled over, and when Moyuji got himself upright again, noticed Kichi was sleeping with his face in the pillow. after a few seconds, the question "Um...master...can you breathe like that?" came from the PM. After a few more seconds, it decided to go over and yell in his ear. It always hated these mornings, which were far too common, where it would need to go to extreme measures to wake it's master. It floated over above his head, and sighed once, ready to scream.
Then Kichi's head shot up, once again knocking the PM across the room. Kichi panted heavily. "Wow that was close...I almost suffocated myself. I really need to learn not to roll around so much in my sleep. Motuji? What time is it? And why did you not wake me when I was about to die from suffocation? Moyuji?"
The PM floated back up and over to in front of Kichi's face. "...In order, the answer to your questions are: It is one hour and thirteen minutes past your usual waking time, and I was trying, sir, for the last hour and thirteen minutes to do jus that, and you weren't cooperating."
"And why were you on the floor?"
"Because you knocked me over there."
"Oh."
"Indeed."
"Well...I suppose I should get ready."
"Mhm."
Kichi sat there for another 10 seconds, before saying "Alright," getting out of bed, and going into the bathroom.
Emerging a few minutes later, all clean and dressed, he walked over to the door, and into his shop. "Ah...Moyuji, did we earn anything last night?"
"Ah, yes sir, we earned ten thousand meseta, half our goods sold."
"Great!" he said, and took the money from Moyuji.
"Well, remember not to spend it all on treats."
"Will do!" And with that, and an exasperated sigh from Moyuji, he left his room saying, "Watch the shop while I'm gone!"
